  Very hot stay unpleasant

  Dear Super Eight Management,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from June 15 to June 21. My husband, our two-year-old daughter, and I were deeply uncomfortable due to a persistent issue with the air conditioning in our room.Despite the AC unit being replaced during our stay, the problem persisted. The front desk was informed that the new unit was not effective, and our room consistently remained above 80°F. The heat was unbearable, particularly on our last night, for which we paid $123.While we were offered a room change, it was at 11 PM, which was too late for us to move all our belongings, especially with a young child. We were not offered an alternative time to move. We had also mentioned that air was coming out of the window because it was missing a panel of glass, which we also reported to the front desk.The lack of a functional air conditioner was not only an inconvenience but also directly impacted my health. I have a medical condition that makes me susceptible to illness when exposed to heat for prolonged periods. The excessive heat in the room caused me to experience what I believe was heat exhaustion, requiring me to seek hospital care.My husband also communicated the severity of the heat to the front desk, only to be dismissed with a comment about the outside temperature and an assurance that the new AC should be working. Unfortunately, the situation only worsened after the replacement.I kindly request some form of compensation for the significant discomfort, disruption to our family's stay, and the direct impact on my health.Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter.Sincerely,Monica Solis

  This 2 star motel exceeded my expectation for several reasons. It looks like they are in the process of upgrading the rooms. The bathroom was definite upgraded and very nice. I especially like the beautiful sink. Mattress was so comfy. The people at the front desk are very helpful. We had trouble with our TV, and someone came with us immediately to fix the problem. Breakfast was basic, but the coffee was great. I loved the high quality breads. But the best part was their kindness. We were in town for the funeral of my sister, and they made sure our three rooms were all together nearby. I needed that. The only negatives were the pillows were too soft and towels could be a bit plusher, but that may be just me. The soap and shampoo were fantastic. Location is great too. Three cheers for Super 8 Marshall.

  Room was clean receptionist was polite and kind and the whole place clean room was net clean quit everything work guest was nice I would definitely go back in heart beat.Also you can bring your pet no signs of pets ever been there!Thank Super 8

  I would only return to this hotel as a last resort. The front desk staff was cordial and efficient and that's where it ends. The room/bathroom wasn't clean, the bed comfort was uncomfortable at best, and the grab and go breakfast is high carb/sugar only with no fruit or yogurt.

  Friendliness and cleanliness are areas this property needs to improve. The bathroom floor was covered in long black hair.
