    Hotel under renovations without notifying the large quantity of night shift workers staying here for work. We were sleeping inside of an active construction zone (literally).

    This is got to be the nicest hotel in Marshall Texas. I normally stay at a Hilton Or Embassy suites, but since there isn’t one in Marshall, I shopped for convenience, price, and TripAdvisor reviews, and I was not disappointed. Amy McBride made my reservation, and happen to be working the front desk when I showed up to check in. She has got to be the nicest, caring, and Enjoyable hotel employee I have ever encountered. This is the only hotel you need in Marshall, Texas!

    Very personable and attentive front desk attendants.Scrambled eggs were fresh and good.Breakfast attendant was on point.Connecting doors between our rooms was fun.They had morning “extras” honey, tea choices, grits, hot chocolate, peanut butter, Nutella, oats.Well maintained gym equipment.Slight difficulty getting out on road from the parking lot.

    Stayed here for two nights while visiting family. King size bed was very comfortable. Bathtub with multi-pattern shower head, fair water pressure (pressure is great out of sink faucet, must be a flow reducer). TV was flaky, new batteries in remote didn’t help, but wasn’t critical to us. Room darkening shades. Breakfast was typical chain hotel fare, but food was fresh and tasted good. Road in front is under construction, so be careful coming in at night.

    Very pleasantly surprised, Never stayed at this hotel before however we wee very pleasantly surprised. This one last minute choice and we were glad we stayed as its totally worth the price. We stayed family of four with 2 small kids and everyone was happy. The room very very specious and modern looking, had smart TV, fridge, microwave etc. Bathroom very clean and loaded with towels, and other essentials. Beds big and sheets clean, the hotel appear to be full but it w was very quiet so was nicely surprised by it. The breakfast had your usual goodies , waffles, bagels, toast, cereals, eggs, etc. The last but not least the staff also deserve the A+ , they were very helpful and at the entrance gave us free bottles of water as if they could read our minds that we traveled from far away and might be thirsty. Thank you very much, we will be looking out for your hotel brands in future trips. PS you could use more parking lots behind as its bit to dark at night .
