This Quality Inn is very nice and a great place to book a room. You will not be disappointed and the rate was excellent!

This hotel was a last minute check-in as we were traveling from Santa Fe, New Mexico returning to Knoxville, TN. The outside looked good and we were tired so we just pulled in and asked to see a room for one night. The night shift manager was very courteous and took us to the room. I was shocked at how clean and orderly this room was. The bed was as comfortable as the pillows were! The price was right and we never heard a sound from anyone. I talked to the General Manager as we went to breakfast the next morning which was okay and nice also. I told him I would post on Trip Advisor as I trust them to help s fine good hotels when traveling. His name was Krunal Chatham, kudos to him for such a lovely hotel with good prices and location! I pet this hotel will not have any negative remarks at all! Thank you for listening, as I follow all remarks myself for a hotel as just that important!! Quality Inn, 2600 Anderson Ave Brownsville, TN

This place is close to the highway and we were tired. But…… if you put lipstick on a pig, it’s still a pig. The room smelled bad ( germs hiding in the carpet pad?). The. Bed was uncomfortable. The lites outside and in the room ( glow from the hair dryer it s nite lit? ), were super bright. But the worst part was when I was showering, my husband brushed his teeth, and the water in the shower became scalding hot each time he turned on the faucet in the sink!! Plus, there was no mat or skid slides in the shower so if I hadn’t put a towel down in the tub, I would have fallen trying to get out of the scalding hot water. The breakfast was great and the man at the front was very kind when I told him about the hot water issue. He said he would report it.

The room was very nice and clean. The man at the front desk was very nice and personable. He allowed us to look at the room before we got it. The room was very well maintained, the bed was very comfortable. The location was right off the Interstate so it was very convenient for us to stop.

Not The Most Comfortable

This was not the most comfortable stay on my trip. This motel was undergoing some "renovations" (loosely using that term). I did not have a reservation but stopped in this Quality Inn after checking a couple of others that had no vacancies. I took room 202 for one night, as I was just passing through. I paid $109.68 - which was a little more than I should have considering I had to walk over subflooring, past painters, and workers to get to my room. The room did not feel clean, so I disinfected the surfaces I'd be using. As you can see by the photos, there was tissue paper stuffed in the peep hole (?!?), and the door was dirty. One big positive was that there was a nice breakfast in a clean, nice, and bright space. Directly across the street was the West Tennessee Delta Heritage Center/Tina Turner Museum which was fun to look around for a little while (and free - but you can leave a donation).

Grear place for the money. Spotless and comfy bed. Comfortable glad to see no tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner instead they have refillables attached to shower walls. Why spend an extra $50/nite next door at Comfort Inn. Close to excellent birding(3 miles) @Hatchie National wildlife refuge
