I would like to commend Mikitia for the outstanding service that she provided me during my stay at the Embassy Suites Memphis. The rooms were spacious, clean and equipped with the amenities required to enjoy a pleasant stay. The hotel was nice and quiet, located in a safe area within walking distance to other eateries. They offered a managers welcome with beverages and snacks. The complimentary breakfast included every possible breakfast item one would need. This three customer rep was amazing Mikitia Kristi and Shenile the customer service was amazing. Awesome great people made my stay and made me feel like I was. The President of the United States greeted me with a smile treated me like a person not a number. My husband and I stay here for work. We always enjoy our stay. The staff is great, very welcoming!! The complimentary breakfast is fantastic, I mean if you can’t find something to eat…that’s on you, lol. Our housekeeper, Carolyn, did an AMAZING job with our room.
