We stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of an amazing trip across three states, starting in New Orleans and ending in Nashville.The hotel itself was quite basic in design but in a very central location, which made getting around easy. Our room was clean and equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, which was helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and spotlessly clean, allowing for a good night’s sleep. However, I did feel the carpets could do with a deeper clean.Breakfast was served until 9:30am, which was convenient. Unfortunately, if you have dietary requirements, the options were very limited. As someone with an allergy to scrambled eggs,and Ceoliac my choices were mainly a banana, apple or a small pot of yoghurt. One morning there was no fruit or yoghurt available at all, and when I asked for butter and jam for my son, I was abruptly told, “We don’t have them,” despite them being available the previous day.I also found the staff rather morbid and unfriendly, which was disappointing, as something as simple as a smile, “good morning” or “hi” can make a real difference to guests’ experience.On a positive note, luggage storage was available, which allowed us to enjoy the rest of our day exploring Memphis before our evening journey to Nashville.

Ghetto people work at the front desk. They don’t want to provide service. They have bad attitudes and always find a way to say no. Very strong difference from the Hilton brand…I don’t understand why Hilton claims them. Don’t stay here. You will regret it. It’s not a business traveler friendly hotel. It’s a strong contrast from the Hilton standard.

Stayed here during the week with friends. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we walked into our room, we saw two pairs of earplugs on the table by the bed and went, "uh oh." Sure enough, there was a loud band playing in one of the clubs across the alley from our hotel until midnight or so. We did come to Memphis for the Blues, so it wasn't horrible. What wasn't so great were the stains on one of the chairs in the room, and a very meh breakfast selection. Would stay in a different room next time.
