    High prices for train!!

    We were told the room would be $268 for one night. they forgot to say that their are many taxes above that which made the room $321.80for one evening. The worst is..this location has an active train running down in front of it...so you wont have to worry about setting an alarm as the whistle goes off all the f...ing time. Room should not be Disney rates for night in train central!!     I have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times. It is always clean and comfortable. The common breakfast area is a great gathering place and the breakfast is great with plenty of variety.     Overall a good stay when staying here while visiting Memphis. I've had a hard time finding a good spot in Memphis and I enjoyed the stay here. Clean and comfortable and relatively close to everywhere I needed to be. I felt safe as well.     My solo stay here was absolutely perfect. Room is beautiful, clean, nice bed and towels and QUIET! Even though the train is across the street, it never bothered me. Loved the built in sound machine in the bedside table.     Not enough towels, facility seemed worn, beds not very comfortable, soap “on back order” (?!), and no hairdryer in the room. Room, however, was clean.
