Well, our experience wasn’t the best we found the manager to be great! She listened to our concerns and address them. I would give this hotel another opportunity if ever

    DO NOT STAY HERE!

    rating30 Jul 2025

DO NOT STAY HERE! We got to checked in to our room where we found multiple long black hairs in one of the beds, food was under the desk from previous guests (not just little crumbs, either), and then the bathroom.. as soon as you walk into the bathroom is reeked of pee smell. We got moved to another room.. it DID NOT GET BETTER! We got to the second room where I found a bug crawling in the sheets. Black hairs were in the bathroom.. looked by the night stand and could see something weird. Turns out it was WEED, yes the drug kind of weed. This hotel may be a part of a usually nice hotel chain.. this hotel is not nice! IT IS DIRTY, EVERYWHERE! The maids obviously do not clean, as well as do any general upkeep to keep a place looking nice. The hallways are dingy at best! This place could really use a DEEP CLEANING AND SOME UPDATES. WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Clean, well maintained - but pricey

    rating28 Jun 2025

We selected the Hilton Garden Inn at Wolfchase because it was close to a car dealership. We were going to the next day to pick up a car. When I called and made the reservation, I was made aware of the price per room. I thought it was a little bit high, but for the convenience of the location, I decided to go with it. When we arrived, our check-in experience was handled well and courteous and friendly. Our room was on the second floor. The room was well appointed, but not luxury. For the price we paid I was expecting more. The mattresses were a little soft for my preference. I’m not sure if they were bought that way or whether they had been used to the point where they needed replacing or maybe it was just me. The room was very clean except for one spot where they failed to move an ottoman and there were food crumbs behind it. The bathroom was clean however the shower did not drain well at all. The water pressure was strong and there was plenty of hot water. We decided to eat in their available food diner in the lobby that night. It consisted of a small counter where you could sit and a few tables. We ordered off of a limited menu and two of the things we ordered were unavailable so we had to change our order. We finally ended up with two pepperoni pizzas on flatbread that were excellent. The night was uneventful except for our comfort level on the mattresses. Check out is at 11 AM. They have a pool, a hot tub, an exercise room, and they do allow pets for a very high fee. If you are a brand loyal person and Hilton is your brand then I can recommend this hotel but if you are more concerned about the budget, this is definitely not the place. I did not think it was worth anything near what we paid.

    MEMorable Time in MEM...!

    rating15 Jun 2025

First timer to Memphis, let alone to the state of Tennessee, really a great time! I just left feedback on the actual Hilton site as well for this Wolfchase location.I was there from 6/5 thru 6/9/2025. First thing I did was visit the Civil Rights Museum, I highly recommend it as a must. Afterwards exploring downtown with Beale Street then walking up Riverside Drive along the Mississippi River with the De Soto Bridge as a back-drop, really cool. I didn't get a chance to visit Mud Island Park or the Big River Crossing (walkway over the Mississippi into Arkansas) but I recommend both as well. The Memphis Zoo was also great as well as the Memphis Botanic Garden. If anyone of a certain age remembers the Mid-South Coliseum, it's definitely still standing, on the same grounds as Liberty Stadium. Finally my last day I spent at Shelby Farms Park, very spacious park with many trails to explore, another highly recommended place to visit. As for this Hilton Garden Inn, very nice time, east of Memphis. Driving into Memphis as well as to/from the airport was very easy, right off I-40. It's just south of the Wolfchase Galleria Mall as well.Arkansas and Mississippi are close by, also easy by car (Southland Casino in AR, as well as a quick trip to Southaven MS with good food options)! The room itself was great as well as the staff. I wanted to recognize Dominique at the front desk as well as (didn't get her name) but the Hostess who gave me a hand with breakfast on 6/8. Very nice and professional all-around. Very much enjoyed and appreciated my time at this Hilton, as well as Memphis! Great memories and thought about it a lot when I got back home...!

    Rude and unprofessional staffs

    rating16 Nov 2024

The staffs at the front desk and breakfast area have no basic train to deal customers. They are quite rude and unprofessional. We are quite unhappy with the overall service that we received from the staffs. In particular, we felt very disrespected by staffs working at the breakfast area, showing rude and attacking attitude that was finally needed to be handled by the manager of this hotel! The Gym is quite small and equipped with two tredmills and other few basic instruments. One tredmill was found to be "out of order" while other tredmill was not fully functional. There was a water supplier but no glass was there!. There was no TV remote although TV was there. Further more, the Gym was not properly cleaned. All these issues clearly testify that the management of this hotel is far below compared with other hotels at the same rank. I regret for my decision to stay at this hotel and I know it was my last time to stay here.
