    We had a good experience even though we did not get the typical holiday inn free breakfast. Our room was pretty clean if you didn’t look under the vanity. We do not recommend the restaurant at all! We waited over an hour for two hamburgers that were overpriced and mediocre at best.

    Stayed 2 nights for a soccer tournament. Every other Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at offers a free hot breakfast. Not here - it costs $12.99! In addition, the pool was closed for "maintenance". Our granddaughter was very disappointed. One night of the stay was fine. The other was awful. We needed to get to bed early because of the next day's early schedule, but sleep was impossible. Loud, thumping rock music overpowered our 2nd floor room which was directly above a conference room holding an event. Two calls to a manager did not resolve the problem - "there is nothing we can do about it". It was brought up again at checkout and all we got was a half-hearted "sorry." If you choose to stay here know what you're getting into.     Absolutely horrilbe stay. A/C did not work, and problem was not resolved. Got no sleep. Staff didn't seem to care. Wrote a review to the property, the manager said she wanted to contact me for the details, needless to say, "she" never did follow up. Do NOT STAY at this property!     Booked a night stay while traveling, didn’t read the trip advisor reviews until after I booked the room. Was a little nervous regarding the reviews but the overall stay was actually very nice!!! Friendly staff greeted us at 1:30 a.m., nice and clean room, thermostat at a PERFECT temperature upon arrival. Enjoyed our night! Would stay again!

    This hotel knows how to make reservations and confirmation numbers, but it doesn't know how to keep reservations or treat their guests. We had a confirmed reservation cancelled without being contacted by email or phone, because of a snafu with the card on file. Everyone I have contacted or spoken with at this hotel have been, at the best, apathetic, at the worst, blatantly rude. They put our family in peril with their lack of customer care and competency. Made no effort to help us find alternative lodging, forcing us to drive home in a sleet and snow storm. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!
