    First and foremost Michelle. This woman is a Gem! She is thoughtful, kind, and her customer service sets the pace here. We arrived to breakfast late she went above and beyond to make sure we had plenty, made extra items filled the pancakes and brought them to our table. The hotel is new and clean the beds are comfortable hence the late arrival to breakfast. This location has been easy to navigate town. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling here.

    The breakfast was great. The staff was super friendly. Free shuttle to airport and Graceland. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would stay here again. Michelle was super sweet.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Warm, welcoming stay with excellent serviceI had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Memphis. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. Bernie at the front desk was amazing—friendly, professional, and made check-in smooth and welcoming. She really set the tone for a great stay.Breakfast was definitely a highlight. Ms. Duffie and Michelle went above and beyond—they were incredibly warm, attentive, and created such a positive atmosphere. It made the whole experience feel personal and comfortable.Overall, the hotel has a very welcoming environment, and the staff truly made the difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Memphis.

    Mr Tommy was professional and courteous. Mr Maurice (security) was super genuine and kind to my son, even gave him a few dollars and a much needed pep talk. Ms Michelle refilled our sausage and eggs during breakfast while greeting our family with love and positivity. Ms Duffie was genuine and very hospitable. This was a wonderful visitation and a very clean hotel and wonderful staff. Thank you so much and we will be back. Please recognize these four individuals because they treated us like family. Thank you =)

    Ms Duffy you are a ray of sunshine 🌞 The staff were all lovely but Ms Duffy in particular made our experience so memorable and pleasant. She cooked a hell of a breakfast, she drove us around with care and even laughed, joked and engaged with us the whole stay. This lady is an asset to the Holiday Inn ❤️ Cedric and Deedee also made our stay so easy and fun. They organised our shuttle etc and did it with zero hesitation every time! The room was a great size and very clean. The laundry room was also easy and convenient to use while travelling. We'll be back if we ever stay in Memphis again as we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!
