    The staff has been great and seem eager to please. The pillows are nice, but the beds are a little soft for me. The water is warm, but would be nice if it would get hotter. The area is nice and I like that there is security patrolling the parking lot every night.

    We stayed here for a soccer tournament. We have stayed at this location several times. This stay was not up to par compared to previous stays. The front desk attendants were face deep in their phones every time we came through, I greeted them. Breakfast we not attended properly, especially for a hotel with soccer players. We had to get food out which defeats the purpose of staying in a hotel with food. They were out of multiple items and the attendant had to be chased down by the front desk attendant who was frustrated we reported there were no cups while she was on her phone. Feeding these players is the #1 thing on these tournaments so as a team manager, I will likely seek another hotel next time.

    Great location. Clean. Staff was friendly and polite. Lonnie Young exceeded expectations. saw me in the elevator and asked if he could get me anything and quickly grabbed a few extra towels for us. I travel weekly for business and this was unusually great service.

    Kelita was very helpful and friendly. All the staff that we have come into contact with are very friendly. The hotel rooms are nice and clean. The price for a weekend was affordable. The location is close by various stores and restaurants.Will be staying here again.
