    Belligerent Employee Called My Room At Midnight

    An employee called my room phone at midnight. She woke up our family. She was extremely belligerent. Demanded to know my name. I was sleeping, confused, and quite frankly, frightened. I asked her a couple of times, "what are you asking/why are you calling our room?" She told me I had been checked into the wrong room (4 hours ago). Clearly, that is not my problem. I went to the room I had been given! Her tone was agressive, rude, and frustrated. It scared my children, as they were worried someone was going to come to the door and remove us from the room (I was also concerned at this point)! This happened on the first night and the remainder of the weekend, they continued asking me if we are going to get thrown out of the hotel. Calling at midnight for any non-emergency....insane. Hotel employee being angry with me for being in the room the hotel gave me...insane.

    very nice hotel and was in a safe area which was my main concern with staying near Memphis and being able to be close to the airport and the funeral in West Memphis. It was also close to my relatives houses in Cordova and Collierville.

    I would stay here again. Free breakfast was good. Rooms large. My only complaint was that they only have housekeeping service every third day. I understand that a lot of hotels won’t change sheets daily anymore, but I still expect daily bed making, trash removal, and fresh towels. I called down to the front desk and then had to go down myself to get more towels.

    Clean nice hotel in nice area. The rooms were spacious, and well laid out. The access to elevators and stairs was convenient. The free breakfast was surprisingly good.     This Hyatt hotel has an amazing staff that makes the stay warm and inviting. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
