  Absolutely shocking. Didn’t do my research before and this place is not okay. Nothing like described in add. Everything metal in the room was rusty including the bed. Pulled back the bedcover and duvet was stained and had cigarette burn. I pointed this out and manger got annoyed at me and said the burn mark wasn’t all the way through!!! Door was worn away at the bottom. Nothing good to say about this place. Free cancellation is a joke you won’t get your money back. Booking agent told us to contact hotel. Hotel told us to contact booking agent!!! Lots of undesirable people hanging around. I didn’t feel safe so we left immediately. Worst place we have ever turned up to!!!   I had a truly wonderful stay at the RedRoof Inn Memphis – Graceland/Airport. The rooms have been beautifully renovated and are kept super clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Andy has been nothing short of professional, and his staff reflects the same high standards—every interaction was courteous and welcoming. The housekeepers, in particular, were extremely pleasant and attentive, ensuring everything was spotless and well-maintained.This hotel is truly one of the hidden diamonds in Memphis. With their VERY reasonable rates, you simply won’t find another place that is this clean, manageable, and inviting. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in creating a great guest experience.I will definitely be coming back to stay here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Memphis who values both comfort and affordability.   Do not stay here if you like safety. Almost got attacked by 2 Crack heads after I told them to move away from my door smoking that stuff. They then threatened to kill my dog and attempted to approach me from behind untill I pulled my gun in defense. Hotel said im blowing it out of proportion and that it didn't happen. They will not provide safety at their location. Drug addicts everywhere.   Low cost place to stay - You get what you pay for.

  Just a place to stay. No continental breakfast - Refrigerator in room leaked some kind of liquid. Tiny bar of soap provided. Ice machine was broken. Desk clerk was not easy to understand (accent). My friend booked this place... I would not repeat this booking... However it WAS close to where we wanted to go. Motel does NOT look as nice as the OLD photo they provide.   I HATED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

  This property is the most horrible hotel I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping at. The entire hotel is a trash dump, from the front desk attendants to the housekeepers. Abundant vehicles are everywhere along with the homeless. I woke up a homeless woman sleeping on the steps preventing me from getting to my room. Loud music, load neighbors in the middle of the night, horrible odors everywhere and I could barely understand what the Front Dest attendant was saying. Bearly spoke any English and extremely rude. My room was just as bad...My door closed but didn't lock, I could see the outside around the door when it was closed. There as absolutely NOTHING decent about this property.
