    Fairly tired hotel. Upon entering our room upon arrival we found on the bed comforter, a large fainted yellow stain!

    Older hotel, not so clean. The bar was to be open at 5pm. At 6pm, no bartender. I left after 10 minutes. Unprofessional, staff cleans rooms up to 10am. We went to fitness center for 30 minutes at 0845. We kept the Do Not Disturb sign out. When we left the room at 10am, I had to ask them to return. They only gave us fresh towels!

    I was travelling on a 14 day holiday with Riviera Travel to the Deep South USA & Texas with our tour manager Benita ‘B’ and our driver Leo who looked after us on this tour, and stayed for two nights at the Springhill Suites Downtown Memphis, I was pleased to get a lovely comfortable room for my stay, I had everything I needed hairdryer,toiletries,iron and ironing board,safe,tv, tea and coffee making,fridge,microwave,bedside clock,WiFi, nice seating area in my room, good housekeeping throughout the hotel and staff friendly and helpful, the hotel is a short walk to Beale Street and bars and restaurants and everything going on, breakfast was buffet style which was very nice. We visited sun studio on our own as it was taken off our itinerary, Graceland the home of Elvis Presley, Peabody hotel to see the famous duck marching and enjoyed free time in Memphis, thank you I enjoyed my stay at your hotel I met up with some wonderful fellow travellers on this trip being a solo traveller I wanted to share my experience, would definitely recommend this hotel.

    Room 401. Suite. King sized bed with separate bathroom and wc. Large tv jutting out from wall making it hazardous when walking past. Neatly decorated. Large Lounge and kitchen room possibly at expense of small bathroom. AC fine. Serviced by 2 lifts. Plenty of drawer space. Iron & fridge & safe in room. Breakfast was disappointing with plastic plates and cutlery and limited food options. Rated 3/5. Two night stay.

    Nice modern hotel with good access by car and right on Main Street. Hotel let us check in four hours early which was hugely appreciated. Room was ok and big enough for five adults. Nice pool, although homeless guys walking past and looking in was offputting. Breakfast was ok. Walking distance to Redbirds baseball and Beale st, and twenty minute drive to Graceland.

    The Valet parking (3rd party) was horrible and a huge inconvenience. It’s definitely an older property, but that was no excuse for the dirty bathroom. Our entire bathroom had little curly black hairs everywhere. It was disgusting. The toilet also had toilet paper and hairs stuck to the rim when we walked in. We will not be staying here again.
