  Booked this with rewards on 5-3 for stay on 5-21. Booked accessible room due to wife’s health. Arrived at 6. Clerk was present and confirmed reservation. I reaffirmed the need for a first floor room to which I was informed he had no rooms on first floor. I looked out at parking lot and there were no cars at all. I asked for refund and was told to take it up with my credit card. I have never received a refund. Again a massive scam.

  The Food is 5 stars the best hotel breakfast I have had in 3+ years. The Service was great. The value of the rooms is fine. The price is Excellent.Pet friendly.

  My review will be a little mixed with postive and negatives, but I always want to share the accurate information for those who use Trip Adivsor when booking hotels.I booked this location using my BW app before looking at the reviews on Trip Advisor. Once I did look at the reviews I thought to myself - ok it's going to be a good location.Upon arrival, most of the cleaning staff where sitting in the lobby, apparently had finished their duties for the day. The front desk clerk checked us in and was friendly. He advised he had placed us at the back of the hotel to reduce the amount of freeway noise for us since we were on a road trip.That's when I began noticing the hotel more closely, it is a little difficult finding how to get into the hotel from the highway to begin with. When we drove around to the back, I noticed that while the hotel looked recently painted, the blue on the doors was wearing some. It was pouring the rain when we arrived, and our room was ground level outside entry. There was not any door mat, so unfortunately the rain from our shoes and the water at our parking spot puddled up on the entry of the room floor. Which we noticed was soft/spongy under our feet when we walked in.The room itself looked clean and it was - I always carry lysol and lysol wipes, and I can confirm it is a clean room. But... the hvac unit, I always like to clean and spray the filters for at many hotels those are the last thing cleaned - we couldn't even get the filters out because they were bent/broken so all I could do is spray lysol as good as I could to avoid any odor/dust.Our room had a keurig coffee maker - but we carry our own - just wanted that noted as to what they supply. The refrigerator in the room is larger than most hotel mini fridges - that was nice. We had a king room that had a sofa in it - so we had a siting area.The chair at the desk was another issue - the faux leather like fabric was peeling from it - so we put hand towels placed in the room to cover the peeing to be able to sit in the chair.The bathroom was very spacious - granted there were a few placed in the surround of the tub that could us re chalking - but it did not affect our stay.None of the things I mentioned affected our stay - the bed was clean and comfortable. I just wanted to be up front with travelers based on prior raving reviews to not be surprised as we were when we walked into the room of the minor issues. Especially after reading such highly positive reviews I was rather shocked at first at the things I noticed wrong with our room 127. I gave all this information to the front desk upon check out along with a few other items - he was very apologetic - so I know they are truly trying to ensure guest have a great stay.

  Great stay, but needs better service..

  The bed and pillows are amazing! The air conditioning was good as well, and the room was clean. On the other hand, I am currently on crutches after having an event surgery, so my fiance and I need a bit more time to get ready. Check out time is 11, and “housekeeping” was banging on our door by 10am. As we told them that we were getting ready, someone else came to the door 10-15 minutes later asking if we were staying over and if not to leave the door open for cleaning. While my fiance was getting the last load of things and pulling the car around got me, housekeeping came into the room while I was trying to use the restroom. They need a bit more professionalism, understanding of privacy, and need better timing when they bother people in their rooms. If you want people out by 11, don’t knock multiple times before then because it slows us down…

  I had a great experience at this Best Western. Check in was fast, desk clerk was very professional and helpful. The room was the cleanest I'd ever seen, bed was comfortable, pillows were very nice, A/C was fairly new and got cold quickly. Bigger fridge than most hotels, microwave. Many good restaurants within walking distance. I'll stay here again next time in Jackson, TN.
