I enjoyed a relaxing, two-night stay at this luxury hotel in March. The hotel opened in the fall of 2019 within the repurposed, renovated Central Station building, where one can still catch a train. My two-queen bed room had blues music playing when I first walked in, using my digital key from Hilton on my phone. The TV was on and displayed, "Welcome Rodney". I was like, "Who in the world is Rodney?!" Maybe he was the guy who booked the room for me? Who knows, but I got a kick out of it.During my stay, I frequented the onsite cocktail bar and lounge, Eight & Sand, a couple times. Good times can be had in the cozy, soulful atmosphere, where a rotation of female DJs spin vinyl records on Thursday evenings for Ladies' Night. Classy. I had to look up it up, but "Eight and sand" is a railroad term wishing for a safe and fast trip, derived from placing a train's throttle in the eighth (fastest) notch and using sand on tracks for traction. It represents maximum speed with secure traction, commonly used as a phrase for a successful journey.Bonus tip: Don't miss the opportunity to check out the secret listening lounge behind the Eight & Sand lounge & bar.

A cut above the Hilton family of properties. Professionalism and expertise are extended on every hand. On the other hand genuine good and compassionate remains evident during each stay. It's a hidden jewel sitting on the Main Street hill.

I stayed here for a business trip and experienced one of the best customer service for every one , front desk , lounge, housekeeping every on really showed what hospitality means. High five to everyone. The hotel itself is very unique boutique style. The drinks and food in the lounge are very delicious and they even made me local catfish as per my specific request which was not even in the menu. A must place to visit and stay if you are in Memphis.

It was my 26th anniversary and we we came here , as we do every year , and it did not did not disappoint . We had a very nice stay as usual .The staff was very nice and security here is very good . It is a short walk from one of my favorite restaurants, the Arcade, and Birdies bar . It’s a quick uber to any number of eating places . Great stay ! See you again next year !

This hotel is located right by the Amtrak rail line. A fantastic location if you are touring America & stopping off to visit Memphis. The building was originally a train station & decorated beautifully to influence the original features. Our room was spacious with high ceilings. Staff were friendly & helpful. It is about a 10 minute walk to Beale street. Opposite the hotel is the Arcade diner (one of the oldest in Memphis) it was one of the places Elvis used to go to before his fame. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.
