  VERY UNETHICAL!!!!! They charge a $100 refundable deposit for smoking in the room. I don't smoke so I was not concerned about the deposit. I began to check on my refunded deposit which could take a couple of weeks. When I called to check, they claimed I had smoked in the room. SCAM! BEWARE! I have tried to get an answer to how they determined that I smoked in the room. All I get is they have an investigative team and they "smelled" that I had smoked. Nothing else! The room was musty when I checked in but not bad enough to warrant an issue. They do nothing to clean the room outside of a normal clean so I would bet the next guest had to pay the $100 smoking fee as well. Of course they will not give any additional information. They claim they sent me an email the day I checked out that I had smoked in the room. Funny that I got my receipt emailed to me and a survey emailed to me.... but I didn't get the email they claim they sent. Go figure. I would recommend finding another place to stay that may have better ETHICS. Very poorly run!   I was here for TCCAA basketball downtown Memphis and chose this location to not have to be downtown, convenient to the interstate, food and shopping. Friendly staff, clean, spacious room!   Unexpected night club next door

  There 's a very loud nightclub just across the parking lot from the hotel. The thumping bass goes on until late. Not my idea of a peaceful place. The rooms have been refurbished, but are little cramped for a family. Some of our US B ports were dead. There was no clock in the room. Didn't like it.   They could of done better

  I stayed for 3 nights and asked all 3 days for my bathroom sink to be repaired. The stopper was pushed down but wouldn’t release to go back up so any water going onto the sink was a slow drain. I had to wash my hands/face and brush my teeth over the tub for 3 days. That for old day one.
