I had an amazing time at this hotel. The property was clean , well maintained and staff was kind and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with lots of amenities which was helpful since we were traveling with an infant. The pools were kid friendly and they also had an adult pool . The dining options were also great and they had 24 hr room service which was a plus. Kudos to Ruben in lost prevention for helping me locate my bag which was left behind. He made the process of getting my bag to the airport seamless. I am so grateful for him. I was able to board my flight on time with my bag. Can’t wait to visit again.

Exceptional service, especially at the rooftop pool!

We absolutely love the 1 Hotel South Beach! It’s our favorite hotel in Miami - it’s stunning, well maintained, delicious food, and the service is exceptional! The staff is so kind and they don’t hesitate to make our stay special. Ladislav took care of us at the rooftop pool and was absolutely amazing! So kind, helpful, and went out of his way to make our pool day fun and perfect. He has such a great, friendly attitude and gave us great restaurant recommendations as well. This hotel continues to be our Miami go-to!
