Location

This resort is located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, 1 minute's walk from Sunny Isles Beach and across the road from the nearest links to the public transport network. It lies just 5 minutes from restaurants and the world-famous Bal Harbour Shops and the Aventura Mall and a short drive from the vibrant daytime activities and nightlife of Miami Beach, South Beach, Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale. Fort Lauderdale is 20 minutes by car and it is 25 minutes to South Beach and 30 minutes to Everglades and Miami Seaquarium.

Facility

98 rooms are located on 51 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 4 outdoor pools (for a fee). The freshwater pool complex (in part heated) also includes a children's swimming area. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) offer the perfect way to unwind. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, beach volleyball and golf are available. With jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Indoor facilities and activities also include yoga and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments and a solarium. An entertainment programme and a kids' club are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can dine in 3 restaurants, which have air conditioning and high chairs as well as smoking and non-smoking areas. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and picnics are available.

    We simply love the Acqualina! We have stayed here for so many years, even my grown kids call it home. It is perfection. It is immaculate, constantly being updated, beautiful, incredibly friendly, and the best hotel period. And we have stayed in top hotels and resorts around the world. What makes the Acqualina so special is its staff. Their warmth is real. Special shout outs to Mike at security, Valeria at the couches, Andrez, Kevin, Brandon, and of course Ion! You make this hotel a home. You are why we keep coming back year after year. Thank you once again for making my husband’s birthday weekend so very special.

    Max and jerick at the beach need nothing but applause the service that me and my family received was on absolutely on par with the top resorts I’ve been too and when it comes to the states this is the best resort I have been too Giancarlo and Brandon the tall gentleman exude absolutely professionalism as managers as well !
