  Worst of the worst. Full hotel, 2 elevators 1 broken ridiculous wait times for elevator which also doubled as service elevator. Broken men bathroom which was also the handicap bathroom on the pool floors.Numerous outlets in the room didn’t work properly, they shoved the refrigerator under the bathroom sink, they claimed it was a corner suite - was a shoe box with the bed shoved in an area where both sides had to turn sideways to get into bed, paper thin walls. Pool picture shows a nighttime staged lighting to cover up what was nothing more that white concrete with a pool dropped in. No wonder they needed to do the photo at night Do you buy the “right at miricle mile” nonsense. Marriott should be ashamed.

  Hotel was nice and staff were wonderful. There was a problem with the television, it wouldn't turn off, so the first night I was unable to sleep, the second night I had to place a blanket over the screen as maintenance was gone when I returned from the wedding and reception I was attending around 9:15. Television was replaced on day 3. No refund or compensation offered.

  Do yourself a favor and use any hotel but this one I will start with very low customer service an employee's that need training. We stayed at this hotel for three nights for our son's wedding and came in with one rental car. We got charged for an extra three nights for somebody else's car, at least that's what we were told at the beginning, now the hotel is staying let my daughter came with a car for two nights and my son came with a car for two nights. First the hotel can't get there story straight, second we only had one car it was a seven-seater so my son his wife daughter her fiance my wife and I were in that car. I've never experience such low service and a hotel that is insisting to make up stories and lie for $105. Strongly recommend not using them

  The worst response time and customer service I've experienced from a general manager to dodge a formal complaint. With wallpaper falling off the walls, no heat on cold days, dropping lower that 62 degrees in a room, and no manager on weekends to handle the complaints. I felt sorry for the check in team to field multiple complaints on the same issues. Another example of a hotel chain cutting corners to save money. Sure the foyer will be the distraction. I would never recommend this hotel to anyoneThey offered points back to stay solely back there, but never transfered it over, so that was bs. They sent a blanket email to many customers who complained but never followed up with any credits. They blew off all of my requests for hospitality. They try to make it nice, but you'll see the rooms and not be impressed for their greedy ways. We couldn't sleep all night.

  Great location but old building (no heat, poor power/electrical), poor daily room service

  On the positive side, the location is great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating too.Unfortunately, there were so many negatives that I don't think I'd stay there again. 1. There is no heat and due to the cold front, our room was 58 degrees. After asking twice, we finally got 2 space heaters. Unfortunately, when we'd plug them in, the outlet breakers would trip once or twice a day. The last night we were there, it tripped at 2:30am and my husband couldn't use his CPAP machine. We called downstairs but no answer. He finally went down and the Security person found the front desk agent. She advised there is no maintenance overnight and the only option we had was to change rooms. Needless to say, we were exhausted in the morning when we had to drive home 6 hours away.2. We were there 5 nights and they only cleaned the room twice. We had to actually ask them to do it and ask for coffee and clean towels.Hopefully, they'll update the building to address the electrical issues because it really is a great location to be in.
