Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2025. 287 non-smoking rooms are located on 16 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Further services include a 24-hour security service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a page service. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. 12 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

The pleasantly heated water of the 2 outdoor pools ensures comfortable swimming. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. Leisure activities and facilities at the hotel include cycling/mountain biking, a gym and massage treatments or, for a fee, a spa. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a dining room. An à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes (breakfast à la carte). Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks.

    Andaz was the perfect resort to celebrate three years of marriage with my husband! The beachfront access was perfect, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was gorgeous and spotless. Very close to many restaurants and shops. We would absolutely return!
