  Good lodging but some locations are many blocks north of 7500 Collins.

  Room was good. Clean and spacious. Despite having reservation for 3, there were only 2 glasses, plates, bowls. One patial roll of toilet paper, we had to call 4 times to get more sent over. Toilet seat popped of but maintenance fixed it. Biggest complaint was location. We were at, what I believe is their farthest property. 8300 block of Harding. They provided no transportation.   Horrible. No parking not even street parking.Our room didn’t even have soap of any kind.The bathroom floor bathtub sink was all painted chipping. There was hair everywhere. There was nowhere in the documentation that told us where to go to check in the addresses were all wrong when I called. They gave us another address and then you’re on your own to find the building that you’re assigned to. The location is good. You can walk to a lot of places.   Great beds & service, everyone’s really chill & the other guests all seem on the same vibe, so no one really bothers anyone. The 7500 property is a great location, traffic isn’t so bad and the parking is great, right there on the premises.The kitchen is good, too, electric stove, but it’s all pretty good for a week. Pita is a really great manager & the other people up front are all really professional & polite.Also a great (phenomenal) price if you book a couple days early.   Absolutely disgusting experience from start to finish. The communication was non-existent — no replies, no guidance, and it felt like they deliberately ignored us. The check-in office was not only hard to find but also two full blocks away from where you're told to go. To make matters worse, the office door was locked and the phone ringer was turned off. A random passerby had to help us figure out how to get in. Completely unacceptable.The actual place you stay is a shocking five blocks from the check-in office. No warning, no assistance — you’re left to drag your luggage through the streets alone. For travelers unfamiliar with the area or those with mobility issues, this is a nightmare.The unit itself was filthy and completely lacking in the basic advertised amenities. No soap, no iron, no garbage cans, and the drains were completely plugged. It felt like no one had cleaned or checked the unit before we arrived. The listing photos are totally misleading — what you see is not what you get.Unprofessional, deceptive, and borderline scammy. If you value your sanity or comfort even a little, avoid this place at all costs. One star is too generous.
