Unlike other Kendall hotels this hotel is adjacent to the Kendall Village Shopping area. Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 120 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television, a radio, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including golf, a gym, aerobics and a spa.

This hotel is highly recommended for a peaceful stay in Miami.

The hotel is located in Kendall in a quiet area, centrally situated and close to shopping centers and restaurants. The check-in process was perfect—very friendly and quick. The rooms are well-maintained and in line with the price, providing good tranquility, and the air conditioning works well, which is important due to the summer heat in Miami. There’s a minibar and TV with cable programming, and the internet was excellent.Breakfast is included in the price and is good and varied. However, a negative aspect to note is that sometimes the hotel staff gathers to chat loudly in the catering area during breakfast, which can be a bit annoying for guests. One day there was an issue with the coffee machine, but it was resolved by the next day. The pool area is very inviting and well-maintained, with good upkeep of the pool and green areas. Parking is included and there is always availability.The check-out process was equally perfect. All the hotel staff were very friendly. This hotel is highly recommended for a peaceful stay in Miami. A nightmare Stay

Do not stay at this Hotel. It is a recovery center for woman having cosmetic surgery and are walking around even in the dining room with drainage and pee bag hanging sitting on pillows and walking in the parking lot. I thought I was being pranked by a TV show. Overpriced mediocrity.

Okay property, too expensive for what you get. The room and beds were nice enough. Water pressure was mediocre and no cold water in shower, only warm. Breakfast was mediocre, limited item choices. Coffee and yogurt machines were hit and miss. Our in room coffeemaker wasn't working, but they had no spares to replace it. The trash can liners are too small, they fall in when they get some content. Cheap one-ply toilet paper. Check-In and Out was easy😃 Stayed two nights, overall very quiet!😃 Comfortable bed, pillows to flat for us. Nice TV and good channel selection😃 Nice size room. Plenty of hot shower water with good pressure. Good internet😃 Great breakfast for a BW, had a good variety and GREAT side toppings for anything to put on your items😮😳 Felt safe and close to many things…..Well done Mgr. and staff!!!!!! I had a great stay here! The hotel is in a super convenient spot close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome right away. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices, the Wi-Fi worked without any issues, and my room was big, clean, and comfortable. I even got complimentary bottled water, which was a nice bonus. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to the area!
