    Wow!!I actually stayed in DEC. of 2022. I thought by now the service and facilities would have improved. Wish I could advise persons to book. If you do decide to book, just be warned. I had to make noise about the first room I was booked into; the second was a little better:( Not a good experience, but a learning one. Please be guided.

    This was the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!!!!!!! Staff very unhelpful. Rooms, bedding and towels dirty. No hot water from the taps and the shower did not work! Staff were not interested when this was reported at Reception. Towels and bedding of extremely poor quality. This place appears to be mostly used by workers. Their washing is draped on the swimming pool railings. Car repairs are being done in the car park. Each room had a row of workers boots and shoes outside them. I cannot even score this 1/10.

    I got to the Non-Smoking room and it smelled like a smoking room, the TV didn't work until I call someone to help, and then I looked at the linens on the bed. Red/pink stains and light brown stains. The AC was kind of strange as far as turning it on to maybe help with the Strong Smell of Smoke. I asked to change rooms and they said they didnt have anything else. And the ice machine was broken to boot. And you have to provise a $50 cash deposit for the room/remote control......You know for the TV that might maybe work if the channel is not on a too much of a High channel or on the Wrong HDMI.

    Stephanie made the difference!

    Front desk Stephanie did the best she could… The air conditioner in our room was blowing barely-cool air. When we commented to the front desk, it was suggested we wait an hour for the room to cool down as the air conditioner was off when we entered the room. After that hour it was no better, and the 101 f temp outside made it an obvious choice: get a new room or leave altogether. We asked for a new room but there were no other smoke-free rooms. This is where Stephanie really shined. She offered to examine the other smoking rooms to see if there was any offensive smoke odor lingering before she was going to let us move. Before checking those rooms, she stopped in our room and confirmed the AC was not functioning at all. Rather than go through the rigmarole of moving us into a smoky room, she agreed to let us cancel the reservation and leave the hotel altogether. She returned the $50 cash deposit we left for incidentals and was very apologetic. She could not have been more concerned with our satisfaction. Stephanie really delivered with letting us out of the reservation. Here’s hoping Expedia will refund the money we spent. About the room: It was very spartan. There was no fridge or microwave oven, no bucket to put ice into but the icemaker was close by to room 108. If I read the room, it would only get one star. But Stephanie triple the score up to three stars based on her customer service commitment.

    Just avoid budget hotels

    We wanted a cheap place to stay and we have stayed in many budget hotels. The room was functional except we couldn't get the shower to work. There was a smell like sewer gas in the room and my wife and I both woke up with headaches, so I don't know what we were breathing. I tried to share my concerns with the manager, but he was to arrogant to listen. Just avoid it.
