Location

This seaside resort is situated at the quiet end of Miami Beach and only a 10-minute drive south of the nightlife and the shopping and eating venues of South Beach. Around 10 minutes north of the hotel is the upmarket Bal Harbour. Various restaurants and bars can be found about 5 km away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 14-storey building with a lift and 263 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. A delicious and varied buffet is freshly prepared at breakfast, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch and dinner. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    As a lifetime Titanium Elite with Ambassador status (renewed annually), I spend over half the year in hotels, so the small touches matter most. My welcome note wasn’t the usual generic “thanks for being an Ambassador member.” It was handwritten, thanking me for being their loyal Ambassador. That set the tone for the whole stay.This hotel is a true escape from downtown Miami’s chaos, where it can take an hour to go one mile. A glass of Prosecco at check-in and departure? Yes please. A gorgeous sunrise every morning? Absolutely.As an Art Deco fan, I loved how beautifully this property keeps that history alive while feeling fresh.Dining is excellent, Donna Mare makes pasta fresh daily, grab a seat at the bar with a glass of wine. Don’t miss the 8 AM yoga, real studio energy, not your grandma’s community center class.Start with yoga and a sunrise, then tackle work, or if you’re on vacation, hit the beach for saltwater and sunshine.

    We had a great stay at the Cadillac Hotel! It’s our 4th time staying here. It’s always extremely clean, and the employees provide excellent service. Sharaynae was helpful by the pool, and Billy at the front desk was phenomenal. The housekeeping staff are top notch as well. We enjoy the two pools and the convenient beach access. I highly recommend staying here!     Some maids steal your items at this hotel

    I stayed at this hotel from May 22nd-27th for a 30th birthday trip with friends. I noticed on May 26th 3 items of clothes had gone missing from my room in room 926. A brand new white linen halter top, a white linen skirt and a new grey dress from the brand Garage. This is very upsetting and unsettling that the maid service stole items from my room/luggage. I sent in a lost report form to the Cadillac Hotel and have not heard anything yet. I do not recommend staying at this hotel as your may have your belongings stolen and this hotel won’t do anything about it. Despicable.     Poor billing and check-in experience

    The check-in experience was far from smooth. The night auditor was unable to locate my original reservation, which led to significant confusion at check-in, messed up my Marriott profile. During my five-night stay, my credit card was authorized twice, adding to the frustration. To make matters worse, I was checked out of the system despite having requested and received approval for a late checkout. Overall, it was not the level of service or organization I expected and made for a disappointing experience.
