    I had quite a few issues that I brought to the hotels attention,I felt very un herd and things got swept under the rug. Most of the issues were just small but wanted to at least bring it to there attention. A coulpe of the issues were the dishwasher was broke, they fixed it and the person who came to fix it was not in uniform so I was not really sure if he was a staff member or not at 1st. I found a lot of hair in bathroom/ towels, a lot of marks and drity marks on the walls there was old paint chips on floor behind curtains. The AC barley worked. A biger concern for me was that the dead bolt did not work like it should have.They would not address any of these issues when I brought it up to them. Some of the staff were very nice, the one who checked me in/out was helpfull and nice. Others not so much,most of them just on there phone and never greeted me. I was also never thanked for being an IHG rewards member

    I was greeted right away when I got to the front desk. Tony and Julissa are the best managers at this hotel. They are always there to assist anything that you need. Delilah and Mike possess excellent customer service. Room is very spacious and clean. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

    as a common day to day business traveler loyal member of candle wood suites, I want to personally take the time and thank Hannah Sparenberg the front desk associate at Candlewood suites. her interpersonal way off providing customer service is bar none, she goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home at candlewood suites. because of associates like Hannah, it makes candlewood suites not just a hotel but a second home. thanks Hannah for Showing my business colleagues and I and warm and welcome stay. thanks again for your Hospitality. will definitely be coming back ! loved the airport distance for last minute flights and of course Hannahs above and beyond hospitality. Thanks Candlewood Suites !

    This a great hotel with beautiful pool but most especially the great customer service of the employees who assisted me. I was greeted and checked in by Igar and Julissa the FOM who is always there to assist in a very professional way. I love the personal hand written note when I got to my room. They all thank and acknowledge me for beingA Diamond Elite even Annabel when I called to check me out. The room is always clean and comfortable.And a thank you Mr.Tony who assisted me when I called prior to my arrival. This hotel is always highly recommended.

    Is disgusting- do not waste your money !!

    Disappointed!! No luggage carts available m, receptionist looked on cameras. First thing he said is we serve no breakfast. The room smelled. A/C can only be set to 70- hot and stuffy. The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. The room smelled like spoiled milk. Will not recommend, better go to Holiday Inn or any other motel except this one. I would give it a zero if possible.
