    Good location. The rooms are small but quiet. Good value for the proximity to the airport. Free cruise shuttle if you sign up in time(day before). Good breakfast options. Confusing layout(elevator to 2nd floor to check in).

    The hotel is clean and refreshed. Here is where my problem started. The shuttle covers this hotel, Comfort Inn next door and Days Inn. I called the Comfort Inn instead of Inns and Suites by mistake for an airport pickup and after several calls the shuttle arrived as we were getting into an Uber about an hour and forty five minutes later. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful and said she called the driver to get him to get us, but either way same shuttle for all the hotels. There is nothing around this hotel, limited food options or somewhere to grab items you may have forgotten. Breakfast is very basic, just bread, no bagels or English muffins, but you could get by. I would not stay here again for a cruise. We spent more in Ubers to go to get something to eat or tour then usual so location is poor. Then to top it off the guy loading the bus to the cruise port was absolutely rude to many customers including myself. It is better to stay by the port where there are more options. We stayed there three nights so we could tour the area, but if you are coming in just to sleep and get to the airport this might work. There is also a two dollar charge each day for the safe in your room whether you use it or not. They also charge you for not turning in your room keys. Never had either happen before and I travel often.

    HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The GM Paola Cordero needs to lose her job because she should not be in her role!!!! No customer service skills whatsoever!!! I will never stay here or refer anyone to stay here EVER!!!

    Poor Service/Hotel Canceled Room

    Extremely disappointed and frustrated with our reservation being canceled and the front desk staff being both very unhelpful and snarky at the Comfort Inn & Suites Miami International Airport. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over several decades and was just starting to use the Choice Privileges portfolio, but this was enough to dissuade me from doing so any further. I was sent an email the morning of arrival which of course went to spam indicating they apparently had trouble running my card and then canceled the reservation. No call, no follow-up, no empathy, no options when asked, no offer to assist with other accommodations, just “nothing we can do” to me and my family at 10:30pm on a Saturday night. Had to spend $100 more last minute for a comparable property nearby and the credit card worked fine with that hotel.

    Marvelous in Miami Springs!!!

    After booking a Halloween Cruise out of Miami, I needed to fina a hotel for the night prior. This hotel couldn't have been any better for us. Free airport shuttle, free breakfast, free cruise port shuttle as well as a few restaurants and a gas station close by to pick up last minute essentials. Definitely would stay here again!!!
