    Wonderful staff, family friendly, and great location for exploring the national parks

    My husband and I stayed with our 2 young children (ages 4 and 7). It was a wonderful stay! The staff - especially Crystal, Anderson, and Nour, went above and beyond to help us with anything, and were so kind to the children.     Clean hotel choice in Homestead

    Quiet, clean hotel. Staff was very pleasant both when we checked in and we checked out. It was a quick overnight for us, but what we expected from a Courtyard quality.     Good base for visiting the National Parks, but needs better management

    Well located off the Florida Turnpike, this hotel is a good base for visiting Biscayne National Park and the Everglades National Park. Our room was clean and everything in our room worked well. But this hotel isn't managed well.We stayed for five nights and asked for our room to be cleaned every other day. But our room was never cleaned. After a few days with no service, we had to run down the housekeepers to get a change of towels and to empty our wastebaskets.The hotel advertises self-laundry service, but all of the equipment was out of order for our entire stay.The hotel has a bistro, but, for breakfast, had only two people working (someone behind the counter and someone in the kitchen). We waited in line to take our order for over 15 minutes. Then our order was apparently misplaced. After we finally got our order (now 45 minutes after we arrived), both meals were overcooked and barely edible. It was easier just to walk over to the Starbucks next door.
