Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 278 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee).     This hotel may or may not be for you depending on what your needs are. If you plan on utilizing the hotel as a “resort” where you spend a lot of time at the facility this place is NOT for you. If you are only going to use it for sleep then it’s an excellent value. I did the latter and have just a few issues. Yes it’s very dated and could use a renovation but the rooms were clean enough and I slept well. Although, the “resort fee” is RIDICULOUS! The pool is tiny and off the sidewalk. The only way I used the fee was for a beach towel but I could have bought a towel for cheaper. The location is perfect however. I’m 50/50 whether I’d stay there again.     Excelent location, very kind people, comfortable rooms.The only negative thing Is the air conditioning, very noissy and old equipment. It must be renewed.     Poor customer service. Our TV didn't work and we didn't have any conditioner in the bathroom. When you pay a "resort" fee you should expect those things to be functional.We asked reception for assistance and they said they would attend to it yet they didn't turn up. They didn't care.     I can’t say enough great things about this building, and especially about the manager, Dianelis. We recently faced a major issue, and the way she handled it was beyond professional it was calm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. She communicated clearly, took responsibility, and made sure everything was resolved properly. What really stands out is how she treats residents: not like tenants, but like family. Her work ethic, compassion, and attention to detail make a real difference, and it shows in how smoothly the building is run.
