  Stay away! Worst service and dirty rooms

  This is the worst hotel I have stayed in the recent past. The rooms are so dirty. The shower handle came out to my hand when trying to use hot water. The front desk is horrible. I forgot my gold chain which I kept on the bed in the room. When I called them the next day. They are so arrogant and said they didn't find any. They abruptly kept the phone and didn't give a chance to explain.Terrible service

  Really bad experience

  We had a long drive and reached the hotel around 8:30 pm. As we drove up there were two police blocking the front door entrance, red flag. My husband went into the lobby to check in. He came back out 20 minutes later and said there were two people ahead of him complaining, 1 said they didn't get any towels and the room wasn't cleaned. 2 said they requested a king but had two dbls. My husband then told me that the total that was given to us for a night stay they added an additional $75 but would refund it due to a couple staying there and got into a fight and broke the tv. We drove to our room but the parking lot was tight so we parked down by the entrance lobby. As we entered our room at first glance the bed looked made and comfortable as we were super tired and just wanted to eat take a shower and go to bed. We sat our overnight things on the table and I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before we ate. The faucet was covered with whiskers from someone trimming I assume their beard. Groosed out my husband rinsed the hair into the sink so I could continue. After that I started looking around and found that the room was not cleaned, floors were not vacuumed, visible dirt, I glanced at the frame at the end of the bed to find crumbs. So much for taking a shower as we were afraid to and decided since it was late to just go to bed get up early and leave. As I climbed into the bed after removing my shoes didn't want to touch the floor, I started to slide off the edge of the bed and my husband stated the same reaction. I then looked and it seemed as though the mattress was a king mattress on a queen bed. The hotel is outdated which I could have understood, but the rooms being nasty dirty bed uncomfortable were another story.   this hotel had more good than bad

  So, me and my family came from Tennessee and stayed in Orlando for two nights to go to universal. After that, we came to this hotel to go up to south beach for the day. The area looks really photogenic ngl. The room has nice cold air and the pool wasn't too cold, it was pretty nice. I didn't see much filth, it was a pretty nice room. The TV didn't have many channels but that okay. We did see 4 or 5 roaches though... only the first night though, we left the bathroom light on to make sure anyways. The roaches weren't too big but we still don't want them where we sleep... The bathroom wasn't dirty and the shower felt nice. Not much breakfast to choose from but that's also okay. Staff was pretty nice and social. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, just hope you don't get a room with roaches though.   Quite possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Police cars constant on premises since arrival. Loud music and noise up until midnight. Bed clean but hard. Old facilities.   Worst of the Worst

  This was the worst experience we ever had as adults. This hotel is absolutely nasty. Mold and Mildew. Trash over flowing on the ground. The bathroom is just nasty. The TV didn’t work. Never again and you shouldn’t either. Almost $400 for two nights.
