    This place was truly awful. I missed a connecting flight and had to book last-second, and this was the only option. It cost over $200 which was outrageous.I got a room in the main building, second floor. There is no elevator.My room was filthy- food crumbs and hair all over the floor, pubic hairs still stuck to the toilet, heinous stains on the chair, and a bunch of termites or winged ants flying around the bathroom. The only thing that seemed clean was the bed, thankfully. Besides being dirty, it's just super run-down- peeling paint, chipped floors, cracked doorframes.There were a bunch of sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot all night. My room was right next to the stairs that led to the parking lot, so I felt nervous.My room didn't have a coffee maker and the phone didn't work. The AC worked well but is very noisy.It took me over 10 minutes to reach someone at the front desk when I tried calling to confirm my last-minute reservation. I felt bad there was only one person working. There was a long line waiting to get checked in. The shuttle only makes 2 stops, so I had to walk pretty far from my gate in order to catch it. It filled up super quickly and lots of people had to wait for it to make another go-around.I hope I never have to stay here again.

    Pictures on website give impression of a nice hotel. The pool is nice. The four different rooms I was in all had problems ranging from screws coming out of deadbolt on door, electrical outlets not working or falling out of wall, TV not working, bathtub looked uninviting, cheese ball on floor and large lizard on ground near bed. Just creepy vibes.

    Hotel is very outdated. Noisy air conditioner. Bad area, a lot of traffic. OK if you are staying one night to make a cruise. Shuttle pick up runs only on the hour. Shuttle to cruise terminal only two times; 8AM and 12pm. and is crowded as it is shared with two adjacent hotels, Gabby, the hotel clerk was very nice. No restaurants nearby, but has a Subway sandwich shop. William M
