    I had an amazing stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Doral. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, well-maintained and in a great location.     Had such a great stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Doral. The lobby smelled so good and it was so clean. Huge shoutout to the bartender too!! He was super personable, made amazing drinks, and really added to the whole experience. The whole staff here really seem to care about the guests. The bed was so comfortable in the room. Great value for the price that you pay. I will definitely be back for every trip back to Miami.     Great location, very nice hotel, convenient to I-75 (Turnpike) and 826, and great service. Will consider staying there again but have a concern. Ate at the restaurant, ordered a $10 pancake which was covered by hotel allowance. However, restaurant charged a $3.80 service charge. There was no mention of a service charge and a 38% charge for pancakes is not appropriate.     My most loved hotel in Doral Miami. Very good location, friendly staff. Easy process $15 credit. I visit it on monthly bases due to my work. Comfy bed. Free and safe parking.     A Good Hotel That Needs Improvements

    The hotel meets expectations in terms of room comfort. Honestly, it was good — I rested very well, everything was very clean. Free parking is a big plus, and the internet works very well.The person who checked me in on January 16th (I don’t remember his/her name) was very kind.The only two points I would mention as negatives are:The breakfast is quite basic — regular bread, some croissants, yogurt, a couple of fruits, and not much more. There were also scrambled eggs, but they were quite greasy.The check-out experience was honestly not very friendly. Not even a “How was your stay?” or “Did you enjoy it?”. It was simply: “Are you checking out? Room number? Okay, you’re free to go.” It felt rushed, almost like pressure. Her name was Jazmine or something similar.Overall, I believe that if they improved the breakfast, this would be a much higher-category hotel, because honestly the room was good, comfortable, and I was able to rest very well.
