Greetings, I really loved everything about this property: great location, amazing staff (Mario and Mike, keep up the excellent customer service!). The value was good, and the atmosphere and rooms were just lovely—very spacious and clean, and parking was easy. As an HGV/HH member, I absolutely have no complaints about this property. The fresh-baked welcome cookies are amazing, and this property is not too far from downtown. This property would be my choice of stay on my next visit again. Bad experience as explained due the water and airconditioner issues.

Room 316: 1. Almost no cold water in the lavabo neither in the show era (very bad to get a shower with hot water in Miami), 2. The air conditioner in the room can not allow to adjunto to a komfortable temperature it is working fixed to room temperaturae of about 20 degrees Farenheit!!!.
