    THERE ARE ISSUES HERE THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED

    Where to start. This hotel is tired. Only one elevator works. They use horrific cleaning products/laundry detergents that are so strong I was gagging for hours trying to sleep. Floor is sticky. Shelves and storage look well worn, carpet seemed dirty. I stayed at a Element outside NYC a couple of months ago that was miles better than this one. Cannot recommend.

    This hotel had the most comfortable bed ever and amazing huge breakfast. We will always stay here when we need to be near the airport in Miami

    Excellent locations and very friendly staff (special recognition to Jose Aponte). The only issue was that one elevator didn’t work causing delays at the front desk

    This was probably my last stay at this hotel.The floors are very noisy. Employees may enter the room, sometimes without knocking. Elevator is awful and slow, and with only one in service, it takes a long time to get one. The sofa in the room felt like they bought it at junk sale, very uncomfortable. Element is a nice brand, sadly this location does not make the brand look good.

    Excellent 2night stay here. DIEGO offered excellent personal attention at check in the automatic Door accessible entry. The hotel offers a lobby for included breakfast. XIOMARA, LIANA, DOLORES, and WiLL provided personal service for breakfast. LiANA makes made to order is cakes on weekends and XIOMARA offered made to order egg white omelets with kale, avocado, goat cheese crumbles, and tomato to augment the pre made scrambled eggs. The buffet includes a variety of breads, muffins, croissants and a gluten free options. Cereals with 4 types of milks and half and half. I chose chobani plain and vanilla yogurts with fresh fruit. Granola, and walnuts. Coffee. Decaf, and teas in lobby 24/7. The sitting area offers a large screen tv, sofas, and charging work area accessed by ramp. Outdoor area accessible by heavy door to lounge sitting area and accessible tables with umbrellas. Shared pool either Aloft HotelGood WiFi. Gym Is open 24/7 and well equipped. Business center in lobby area. No local or airport shuttle. Paid parking in van accessible lot with no curbs.
