    I am writing to kindly request a formal statement regarding my reservation at your hotel from May 28 to June 3.Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was without water, which made it impossible for us to stay. As a result, the reservation was canceled, and I was advised that the amount would be refunded.My travel agency is requesting an official written confirmation from the hotel stating that:* The hotel was without water during that period* The reservation had to be canceled due to this issue* The amount was refunded to the booking agencyFor your reference, please find my reservation details below:Reservation Number: N45F6QGuest Number: 733186This document is essential for me to proceed with the reimbursement process.I would greatly appreciate it if you could send this confirmation as soon as possible.

    I stayed on Friday. The room was clean and the employees really polite but the front desk employ (a guy) was so rude.

    This was the worst experience i have EVER had at a hotel!! I did not feel safe whatsoever. It was just me and my 5 yr old son traveling. We got in about midnight for an overnight stay. After we checked in my son wanted to buy some food so we went back down to the lobby and there was screaming and fighting. I told him it wasn't safe and we immediately went back up, not even 1 min later i had a knock on our door. I said who is it and they didn't say anything. Then they kept knocking. I told them to go away, that they had the wrong room. And they just kept staring at my room without saying a word. I was getting really panicked they were not leaving. I called the front desk about 20 times and not one time did they answer. So i called 911!! I stayed on the phone 20 mins till the cops came and escorted me to the front. The guy at the lobby said it was room service but at 1am??? And he never said room service the 16 times i said to go away. They gave me a new room but i just wanted to leave but didn't see safe ubering at 1:30am. It was so scary and having a kid with me that was terrified. If it was house keeping they shouldn't hire people that look high on meth and know for 20 mins. I want a refund. Priceline said it had to be the hotel that did it. If you are a solo traveler or traveling with a child please do not stay here!!!! I had zero sleep that night.

    We were put up here by American Airlines due to a late flight causing us to miss our connecting flight. It feels a bit gloomy when you come in and the front desk is very tiny. The rooms were very run down and there was a heavy smell of bleach. The sheets were very itchy.Staff there is great and friendly, especially Emilio the shuttle driver.

    Had an unexpected long layover and needed to stay some where for 16 hours. 1st time in such hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Shuttle bus to airport runs every 30 min from 7 to 23 pm. Airplanes are flying over the hotel and rhe boise can be heard in the room.
