This hotel is within 6.5 km of the Mall of the Americas, 16 km from the Port of Miami, and 21 km from the shops and nightclubs of South Beach. Miami International Airport is approximately 3 km from the hotel.

    Don’t listen to the naysayers

    I want to begin this review with a disclaimer- I don’t usually leave reviews, and I have not been paid to write what I am about to say. I was reluctant to stay at enVision because I only read the reviews after booking, having decided on the accommodation based solely on the price and pictures I saw of it. I am usually really good at reading reviews before booking an accommodation, so you can imagine my nervousness when I finally got to them the day before we were due to arrive, and after we’d ordered packages to be delivered there. Too late to cancel!My immediate emotion after arriving and minutes later, settling in our room, was disappointment and slight indignation.I couldn’t understand why so many people had such terrible things to say about this place.From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. A warm welcome from Gabriel at reception, who checked us in swiftly and ensured we received our packages (those that were already delivered and others that arrived subsequently). A spotless room with a comfortable bed and fresh linen, as you would expect from any hotel you visit. No bed bugs, no hair in the bath, no dated furniture, no rude staff, no funny odours, no broken tv, no broken telephone, no dirty linen, plenty hot water to shower.I had a wardrobe malfunction and was about to go to the gas station to see if I could buy an emergency sewing kit. But after mentioning this in passing to Gabriel, turns out he had some on-hand - a tiny detail that made a world of difference!Things to note - 1) the gym is a cardio centre, so no weight training equipment. 2) the restaurant opens from noon, make alternative arrangements for breakfast. 3) there is a bit of noise from planes and cars but it’s not going to keep you up (I am light sleeper). 4) there are few snacks, drinks, fruit, cup noodles, and I’m not sure what else, available for purchase downstairs. 5) there is coffee available for purchase downstairs if you don’t prefer the free coffee from your room. 6) one of the reviews mentioned a fully-stocked mini fridge, our room didn’t have that.     Ok for an overnight stay

    We stayed at the hotel that we booked through Park and Fly. We stayed at the hotel in the beginning and left our car in their lot for 7 days (included with price).The hotel is 15 minutes from Miami International Airport. The hotel resembles an old retro hotel. It is dated, however they were painting the hallways while we were there. I also saw that the flooring and tiles had been recently replaced in the common areas. Our room was clean and looked like it was recently painted. The flooring was old and needed replacement. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. The rooms were quiet from other guests, but the highway is next to the hotel.It was OK for an overnight stay. There is a lot of traffic in the area so we didn't venture out. There is a restaurant/ brewery attached to the hotel. The food was good albeit a bit expensive. We did not have a chance to check out the pool.We would use Park and Fly and this hotel again. The hotel staff was quick to check us in.     Heartless Hotel That Ruined My Christmas

    This hotel turned an already stressful Christmas travel delay into an absolute nightmare. I called early in the evening to let them know my arrival would be late because of holiday travel issues, and I was still told that if I arrived after 2 a.m., they would cancel my entire reservation.That is exactly what happened: even though I showed up, they canceled my whole stay, kept all the money for the nights I originally booked, and then forced me to pay for the entire stay all over again just to have a room. No partial refund, no credit, no help—just “that’s our policy.”The lack of humanity was shocking. This was Christmas, flights were delayed everywhere, and I did everything right by calling ahead to inform them, but they still refused to make even the smallest exception. There was zero empathy, zero flexibility, and zero sense of what “hospitality” is supposed to mean.If you value being treated with basic decency when things go wrong, stay away from this hotel. Policies are one thing, but using them as an excuse to punish guests, double-charge them, and show no compassion—especially during the holidays—is beyond unacceptable.     They gave us no wifi info where it says they have it. No kind of breakfast or coffee . Don't go to restaurant. They charged my card $181.54 for a $66 tab. We will see if it charges the correct amount she must have expected a bigger tip

    Will never come here again. I had a genuine work emergency and had to cancel my stay last-minute. I’m usually very understanding when it comes to cancellation policies, and I would’ve been okay being charged for one night. But being charged for the entire stay, especially when we didn’t even stay for 10 minutes, is just poor customer service.I explained the situation, hoping for some flexibility or at least a partial refund, but the hotel staff refused to do anything. Policies are one thing, but there’s also a human side to hospitality. It’s not right, and it’s not fair. The hotel will likely rebook the room anyway and profit twice.If you care about good service or being treated with basic empathy, I’d strongly suggest staying elsewhere.
