  One of the most disturbing hotel experiences I have ever had.I stayed at Eurostars Langford in Miami with my minor daughter and experienced a situation that escalated far beyond a normal hotel dispute.After reporting concerns involving damaged personal property following housekeeping access and additional issues during the stay, management’s attitude toward us changed significantly. I experienced repeated pressure regarding disputed charges, repeated calls, and repeated knocking at the room.The most concerning incident occurred while I was away at work and my minor daughter was alone asleep in the room. We have proof that manager David entered the occupied room while my daughter was asleep, remained inside the room for several minutes, knocked on the walls to wake her, and attempted to collect payment during an active billing dispute. This is extremely concerning behavior involving a minor child alone in a hotel room.The situation escalated to the point where I became concerned enough for my daughter’s safety that I contacted Miami-Dade law enforcement while returning to the hotel.Despite communicating that I was actively returning, the hotel canceled our prepaid occupied reservation and removed us from the property during the evening hours, forcing us to secure emergency accommodation late at night.What is even more concerning is that management continued attempting to force payment for services that had already been canceled by the hotel itself.I also reported damage to my personal computer during the stay, which remains unresolved.What disappointed me most was not only the handling of the situation itself, but the lack of accountability afterward. Rather than meaningfully addressing the concerns raised, responses focused on defending the hotel’s actions while avoiding key issues including room entry, payment pressure, cancellation of the occupied reservation, continued collection attempts, and property damage.I travel frequently and understand that misunderstandings can happen, but this experience crossed the line from poor customer service into an extremely stressful and deeply uncomfortable situation involving my minor daughter.I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

  It's in an old building, but the room was comfortable. We had a problem that the toilet ran all night, but they fixed it the next day. Breakfast was very good.

  Clean Rooms, Recently Renovated, Nice Staff, Location not so good

  The hotel has been recently renovated, so the rooms are new, the bathrooms are excellent, and overall the rooms feel clean and well maintained. The lobby, located on the upper level, is comfortable and a nice space to sit and wait.The main downside is the location. Although it is about a five-minute walk from the Bicot Center, the surrounding area is not great. It feels a bit sketchy and not very pleasant, especially at night.The breakfast is excellent and offers very good value for money. However, I had an unpleasant experience when I saw a cockroach walking on my table. I don’t know if this was a one-off incident, but it is hard to ignore. Even so, I would still have breakfast there again because the quality is genuinely very good.The valet service is a disaster. It takes an extremely long time to bring the car, . Considering the valet costs around $60, you would expect a much better and more efficient service.The gym is basically non-existent. It is clearly improvised, very small, and dirty, with visible sweat marks and no sign of proper cleaning. If you are planning to rely on a gym during your stay, this hotel is not a good option.This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It has clear positives, especially the renovated rooms and overall value, but the issues with location, valet service, and the gym are significant and should be taken into account before booking.

  Really friendly check in staff. Room was huuuuge! With large shower room. Really comfortable room with water and a coffee maker. Great for a one night stop when going for a cruise. Bayswater is in walking distance.

  I booked this hotel thinking there would be access to a rooftop (closed), a restaurant/bar (restaurant is only open for breakfast), and common spaces (there is a small seating area but no real lobby to speak of and nowhere to even order a coffee and work). I paid $750 for a large room with essentially no amenities. There is a $15 resort fee which includes two bottles of water which were not provided to me. The "gym" is tiny and poorly equipped. I immediately asked for a refund since I felt the space was misrepresented and was told no. I rarely leave bad reviews but just want others to know what they are getting into.
