Location

Located in a quiet corner just steps away from the beach, this hotel is a heavenly hideaway where the architecture is the star feature. Popular boutiques, bars, nightclubs and restaurants lie within easy walking distance. Lincoln Road is just a 3-minute walk, Jackie Gleason Theatre is 5 minutes on public transport and American Airlines Arena is roughly 10 minutes by car.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 55 single rooms and 16 double rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop.     This place is great and I highly recommend it. The rooms are lovely and very clean. The best part was the staff —they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. You also can’t beat the location it’s perfect.

    Nice hotel with a fantastic location. Rooms were comfy enough but aircon a little noisy. I would stay again if I was back in Miami

    Pleasant stay in an ideal location for Miami Beach

    Comfortable stay right on Miami Beach. Decor in the room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Could not fault the location for proximity to the beach and surrounding neighbourhood. If you’re staying in this area I highly recommend getting up for sunrise and sitting on the beach to watch it!Valet parking was slightly eye watering in price, but this seemed to be the same in most places in the area. Common areas in the hotel a bit tired and show why the star rating was lower than other properties close by. You have to walk through the outside area of the hotel restaurant to get into the hotel entrance, and not one member of staff paid any attention to us struggling with our bags, offered to help us up the steps or even held the door, which was a bit off putting as a first impression.

    Just wanted to share my frustration with our stay at this hotel. While amenities ok, staff was terrible. We told them we would like to take a tour in the afternoon since we were leaving next morning. They sold us tickets for a Hop-On-Hop-Off bus at 2:15 PM and explained that we can hop-on-hop-off till 9PM. The bus last stop for the day at the nearest to the hotel stop (15 min walking distance) was 4PM so we could not take it. We had to rearrange our plans. Worst of all the response to our complaint was ridiculous (We are sorry). Will never use this hotel chain again.

    This hotel had everything we needed for first time visit to Miami. Location directly opposite south beach and walking distance to all of Ocean Drive and Espanola Way. Art Deco building but upkeep seemed good. The resort fee included bottles of water, beach towels, beach chairs and bicycle rental but unfortunately we didn't stay long enough to get use of all these. No pool and roof terrace was uninspiring so that's why not perfect. Room was large with great view of the beach. So overall I would stay here again.
