  Loud, broken & time for renovation!

  The lobby reeks of cigarette smoke and the door handle flails broken and shattered as you check in your first sign this is not going to end well.The room includes a bed with no blanket or comforter. No ice maker on site.There is a lot of exterior noise from airplanes, voices, cars, and the environment sounds.No onsite breakfast although its advertised as breakfast its actually a to go breakfast undoubtedly as disappointing as the stay thusfar.   I had a positive stay, room was clean and spacious, no odor, plus a kitchen with a big fridge. The hotel is walking distance to CVS, some stores and dining places. I liked the quiet and the privacy. I stayed for one night and didn't have any issues.   COCKROACH/ UNRESPONSIVE STAFF

  My experience at the extended stay was quite disappointing, from the staff members to the room. Every encounter with the front desk agents were a disaster, they acted like they were being bothered if you asked them a simple question. I had to ring the front desk over 20 times to get a response about extra towels, I waited from 12 pm to 3 pm and no towels arrive, went to the front desk and was told they would not be delivered we have to pick them up however on the phone the agent asked for the room number and said it will be delivered. Now lastly there were 3 cockroaches in the room, I reported and seem like a regular occurrence the agent was just very nonchalant about it, I asked for a manager and or the manager card none could be provided. This is by far the worst experience in life. I have pictures and videos of the cockroach. If you can stay some go else where these people are horrid.   I love the staff at this hotel. I like Mya the best. In addition to being kind and helpful, she is very knowledgeable. All of them resolve issues diligently and compassionately. It is a pleasure to stay in the clean, spacious rooms. Staying here is a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone.
