  The winter freeze closed so many airports that we booked this hotel because it had free cancellation up to 6 o’clock on the day of arrival.Everything was clean, comfortable and very good front staff.The clerk at the front desk had to combine two reservations because of the flight delays and did so seamlessly

  I had a great stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Miami - Airport - Doral! The room was clean, including the kitchen and bathroom, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit.The only downside was that the pool was under repair during our stay, which was a bit of a letdown — but aside from that, everything else was smooth.This hotel is a great, affordable option for a weekend getaway in Miami. I booked through Booking.com with no issues, and the process was quick and easy.Our family had a relaxing weekend and would definitely consider staying here again for future trips!   I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, my first impression was ruined by the two receptionists, who were unprofessional, impolite, and lacked basic manners. Instead of assisting me, they were engaged in a personal conversation about their neighbors, making me wait unnecessarily. This was unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome.   Exceptional stay!!

  I just finished my stay at room 120 and I am glad I chose that hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would like to mention that Daniela is exceptional and very professional. The maintenance guy I forgot his name sorry, he was super nice and always helping with any issue we had in the room during our stay, he can fix literally everything. It was really nice to stay at this hotel. If in the future I come to Miami I will definitely stay here because they make you feel like home😀.   BEWARE OF BLACK MOLD

  If the word "discrimination" had a face, it would resemble the manager of this nasty toxic dump, named Lucy Escobar.Marcelo and Daniella were very professional and respectful. I wouldn't encourage anyone to go to this unsightly mold infested rubbish bin.
