    I actually wanted to complement the reservations team and especially Maria for an absolutely outstanding service . I had a last minute request for a dinner reservation surprise for a friend who was celebrating at the Los Fuegos. Maria want above and beyond to accommodate and make this surprise happen for us . I work in event planning and this is the type of service I always try to provide and I know how rare it is. Very impressed and appreciated ! Hope Faena reservation team can recognize and and value Maria as an excellent team member .

    Just wanted to say I booked myself a prenatal massage at the spa and being that I couldn’t use the amenities afterward (like the steam room/sauna etc because of my pregnancy), Sabina my new fav girly, worked her magic & was able to honor me by giving me a complimentary beach pass (instead of paying an extra $50 for a beach bed)! This woman needs a raise!!!

    I had an amazing experience at the Faena Theater in Miami Beach. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was elegant, unique, and welcoming. The theater itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning décor and a luxurious ambiance that makes the entire experience feel special.The performance was outstanding, and the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. The sound, lighting, and overall production quality were excellent. Everything was well organized, and the venue provided a comfortable and enjoyable environment.If you're looking for a memorable night out in Miami Beach, I highly recommend the Faena Theater. I will definitely be returning for future shows.

    I had a wonderful experience; the service was outstanding during the show. Osiris greeted us with a glowing smile that set the tone for a great evening. Karelia made sure we didn’t need anything during the performance. There were so many spectacular moments in the show, but overall, my favorite part was the selection of music and the energy the performers created in the room.

The talent was beyond what we had imagined and expected, including the main singer, the acrobatics, and even rhe details like the costumes and stage were so beautifully done!
