This art deco hotel is located in the heart of South Beach, 1 block from the beach and 7 blocks from Lincoln Road shopping and dining area. Guests will find plenty of restaurants, nightclubs and points of interest within walking distance.

Facility

83 rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including yoga and a steam bath. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A continental breakfast guarantees a great start to the day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Perfect Budget-Friendly Stay Near Everything

    Our stay at the Fairwind Hotel was fantastic! The location could not have been better — just one block from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and everything South Beach has to offer.The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The combination of convenience, cleanliness, and location made this the perfect spot for a Miami getaway.Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami Beach!

    Great Stay at This Price Point in Miami Beach

    Location was great. Quick walk to the beach and so many food options around. All staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Room was very clean, but did have cosmetic damage in tile, furniture, and some fixtures; however, at this price point I think it was reasonable and the cleanliness did not lack, so it was not a big deal for us. Our room had a window to Sola Bar and there was music playing until a bit after midnight. We didn't feel like it was obnoxious, but if you are a light sleeper probably not a great choice, or make sure you get a room on the other side. Pool was clean and very warm. The rooms are on the smaller size, but reasonable for location and there are several spots to tuck away suitcases and several hangers to hang things on a rod. Would stay here again.

    My first time stying here and it was great experience. Everyone is welcoming and friendly… SOLA the restaurant on the property is delicious… big shout out to Eddie and Fabio hands-down, the best bartenders… always give great recommendations.The hotel is minutes away from the beach and other attractions… the rooms are cozy. The bed are super comfortable.. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends..
