    Great stay thanks to the people at Fortune. They kept our luggage when we had to leave a couple of days in between our stay and did our laundry when the drier machine in the unit broke down in the middle of the night. Great personnel and facilities.     The room view was nice. We didn’t have any washcloths in the bathroom. The TV was difficult to use and didn’t have basic expected channels. The water wouldn’t get cold. Besides that, the staff was friendly and hospitable.     This hotel is such a gem! Clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The employees are so friendly and gracious, and do their jobs very well. Our room was so spacious and had all the amenities anyone would want or need. Madison’s restaurant serves delicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s also reasonably priced and has a good happy hour. The pool is so clean and refreshing with towels provided and a bar that serves both drinks and food from Madison’s. I think we’re so FORTUNATE to find this place! Also, it’s only 1 block from the free Miami Metromover Financial District station. The valets were also prompt and courteous. We would stay here again!     Overall nice hotel!

    The hotel has beautiful decor but the lobby area ia very small. They had 3 elevators but only two working for 28 floors. Elevators were extremely slow. You have to ask everyday for washcloths which is unacceptable. Hotels should supply these without being asked. No issue with rooms, they are very spacious. Great pool area and sauna. Happy hour is everyday which is nice. Had an emergency issue with getting inside our room after midnight due to a door security mechanism .that is setup by the hotel. The response from security was extremely slow and unacceptable. Overall, a comfortable stay but please improve in above areas of concern and I may stay here again in the future.
