  Do not book here.. charged an extra 400 dollars with no bill provided upon check out.During our stay the rooms were not the cleanest the bedding was not changed at all during our 10day stay.Often saw staff sat in people's rooms chatting rather than cleaning.We also had a battery smoke alarm which was on low battery and kept us awake all night shouting low battery every minute this is no exaggeration! The front desk told us they couldn't change it until maintainance arrived at 0700. At 0900 nobody had arrived and I had to speak with front desk staff as she explained nobody told her at the arrival of her shift.We also had the air-conditioning fail and water poured in via the ceiling all over the side and covered our suitcases and clothing.Again maintenance arrived and said he didnt speak English and left myself to clean the water !How can they then charge the room extra stay away from this hotel!   Another wonderful experience

  I have repeatedly stayed at the Grand Beach Bay Harbor for the past few years. I am here now and coming back in June. The staff are incredible from Rosario, who I have only the best of things to say about her, to the incredible Arleen who I cannot say enough good things about. She truly takes good care of you and makes sure your stay is as wonderful as can be. Daniel makes sure his ship runs smoothly and it shows.
