This boutique hotel is located at the heart of South Beach, within a short walk of Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive.

Facility

The hotel has 15 single rooms and 30 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Terrible condition in all the areas of this hotel. Not just the exterior of the building but the lobby and room area. I asked the front desk why was it in such terrible condition and she stated it was under remodel in only 2 rooms left all other rooms were in great conditions meanwhile only ours was decaying? Complete lies. Residents and commercial real estate are being fined and sometimes shut down due not maintaining their aesthetics and safety city codes especially where everything in this area is expensive. The only thing about this hotel that was good was the location. This hotel NEEDS to be shut down. There’s mold everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned properly either. If everyone looking at pictures that they post there’s never any of the bathroom you’ll see why in my pictures.

    Ruined Birthday! Stranded with no access to the building

    ​I had an absolutely harrowing experience with Greenview Hotel and Hopper. I booked this stay for a birthday celebration, but upon arrival, the provided door codes did not work. We were completely unable to access the building or our room. Despite multiple attempts to contact support and filling out registration forms five times, we were left outside with no help.​We never even made it into the unit. After being stranded, we were forced to drive three hours back home in the middle of the night. This caused significant distress and anxiety for my family. To make matters worse, the hotel’s claims about arrival procedures and staff availability were completely contradictory to our experience. I am currently demanding a full refund for this total failure of service. Avoid this property and booking through Hopper if you want a reliable place to stay.

    Like a Scene from American Horror Story – Avoid at All Costs

    Worst stay ever in Miami Beach. The pool is literally outside a restaurant, the rooms are filthy, and the whole place feels straight out of American Horror Story. If you’re thinking of staying here—don’t.

    SLEEP WHITH COCKROACHES AND ANTS IN THIS HOTEL. / DUERME CON CUCARACHAS Y HORMIGAS EN ESTE HOTEL

    IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP WITH COCKROACHES AND ANTS THIS IS YOUR HOTEL. The worst hotel in my entire life DIRTY. The room was neglected, with damaged walls, old wooden floors in the hallways, dirty walls, the elevator was all scratched, the TV didn't work for 2 days and the internet didn't work for 2 days either. The coffee maker didn't work either, even when we expressed all of this to the hotel and especially the issue of the cockroaches, they didn't comment on anything beyond sending me an email "be nice to us, don't get upset, work on your attitude (yes, laughable)" as if one deserved all of this on their vacation, wouldn't you be upset if all of this happened to you? To close with a flourish: when I asked for help again, so unhappy, showing them proof of everything, the morning receptionist told me: "things are like this here, I don't know how they understand it in your country, but in my system this is fine and if you don't like it you can hand it in and leave and we will cancel your access code." The ironic thing when we showed the ants they told us: "that's because you have food" and I answered "you put a kitchenette in the room OBVIOUSLY I have food" and about the cockroaches they appeared twice and when we showed them instead of offering us another room or a solution they only brought insecticide and said "they are normal here, they live in the palm trees" !!! THE ONLY KIND PEOPLE WERE: the cleaning people and the night manager, a young man who although he could not solve anything, explained to us that Lowkl is a group that buys hotels and restores them and they had this hotel for a short time, only 2 years. IN SUMMARY: In this hotel's philosophy, if you get a good price with them, don't expect cleanliness or good condition of things, you put up with what you experience there and if not, you can leave.___________________SI QUIERES DORMIR CON CUCARACHAS Y HORMIGAS ESTE ES TU HOTEL. El peor hotel en toda mi vida SUCIO. La habitación descuidada, con paredes dañadas, el piso de madera de pasillos viejo, los muros sucios, el elevador todo rallado, el televisor no sirvió 2 días y el internet tampoco sirvió por 2 dias. La cafetera tampoco servia, aún cuando les expresamos todo esto al hotel y sobre todo el tema de las cucarachas no comentaron nada más allá de mandarme un mail " sea amable con nosotros, no se moleste, trabaje su actitud ( si de risa)" como si uno se mereciera todo esto en sus vacaciones ¿ustedes no se molestarían si todo esto les pasara? Para cerrar con broche de oro: cuando volvi a pedir ayuda con tanto descontento mostrandoles pruebas de todo, la recepcionista de la mañana me dijo: " las cosas son asi aqui, no se como lo entienden en tu país, pero en mi sistema esto esta bien y sino te gusta puedes entregar e irte y te cancelamos tu código de acceso" Lo irónico cuando mostramos las hormigas nos dijeron: "eso es porque tienes comida" y yo conteste " me pusiste cocineta en el cuarto OBVIO tengo comida" y sobre las cucarachas aparecieron 2 veces y cuando las mostramos en vez de ofrecernos otro cuarto o una solución solo llevaron insecticida y dijeron " son normales aquí, viven en las palmeras" !!! LAS UNICAS PERSONAS AMABLES FUERON: las personas de aseo y el gerente de la noche un joven que aunque no podía resolver, nos explico que Lowkl es un grupo que compra hoteles y los va restaurando y con este hotel llevaban poco, solo 2 años. EN RESUMEN: en la filosofía de este hotel si conseguiste un buen precio con ellos, no exijas limpieza y buen estado de las cosas, te aguantas con lo que vivas ahi y sino te puedes ir.

    If you like a hotel where the front desk is closed every evening this is the place for youIf you like very rustic furniture from the 1960’s this is the place for youIf you like windows that have not been washed in years, this is the place for youIf you like a loose toilet seat, this is the place for youIf you like a room that looks about 20 years older than the website photos this is the place for youIf you like getting a text telling you to wash any dishes and take the garbage out this is the place for you. Maybe they could have provided soap to wash them with.If you like having to lift the lid on the toilet every third flush to get it working this is the place for youdo not stay hereI complained as soon as I arrived. They didn't care. I asked for 1 night complementary as this hotel is NOT as shown in the photos! Dirty, bugs, old, run down.
