    This Hampton Inn beats any Hampton I’ve ever stayed at due to the amazing friendly staff and the design and decor. Only pictures can do it justice. I can only say Blue Lagoon is a fitting name for this out of the ordinary Hampton Inn.

    First I’ll mention our front desk person Edis. From the time I called and spoke to him to edit my reservation, to when we met at the front desk Edis was amazing! Best customer service ever and delightful, respectful young man. Then there’s the property. Not a 4 star hotel but in my opinion..4 star service and cleanliness. Better room and facilities than the much more expensive 4 star we just left in Georgia! Our second time staying with Hampton Inn Blue Lagoon but won’t be our last. We will stay here before our cruises out of Miami every time !!!

    My wife and I had just got off a cruise we requested to get our room a little early. Unfortunately, I booked for the incorrect date through Expedia. Gio and Edie at front desk were phenomenal! Gio found us a room a great rate. Gio walked us through on how to get refunded from Expedia. We were so impressed by the superior customer service, that we agreed that this will be the only hotel we stay at anytime we are in Miami.

    This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and both times were great. I love the location because it's right across the street from a shopping center that has a grocery store, restaurants and Burlingtons. They offer free breakfast, free airport shuttle and a shuttle to the Port of Miami for a small fee.Five Stars Definitely..
