  The rooms are good, the breakfast is OK.

  We spent two nights at the hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not what I usually get at a Hampton Inn.

  Comfortable, Decent Hampton; Good Location for Everglades

  Pretty much a typical Hampton Inn. Reasonable price, decent rooms, and an ok breakfast. It served us well as a location to explore Everglades NP and south Florida. Everything worked well in our room though the bedding seemed worn and the heater/AC was loud. The location is close to a Walgreens, a supermarket, and several restaurants. We got in late and were tired, so it was nice that there was an Outback Steakhouse just across the parking lot.

  Top-rated hotel in Homestead, which says more about Homestead than the hotel. It’s “fine” in that defeated way—like someone gave up designing a La Quinta. Everything feels cheap: fake wood floors, plastic furnishings, slow elevators, and stained furniture. The A/C roared like a 737 at takeoff, and the shower was throttled by those useless water restrictors, making it feel more like a humid suggestion than actual hygiene. Breakfast starred industrial “eggs,” sad toast, and a waffle maker that resents its existence. Staff hit the bare minimum of polite but didn’t care that my room smelled odd. The only real win? A shockingly solid Outback Steakhouse in the parking lot—margaritas strong enough to help you forget you’re staying at the Hampton Inn.   LVT needs a scrub! Average on par for the area.

  Would get a 4 but didn’t pass my dirty floor test. *Test take a wet wash cloth and drag it around for 10 seconds or less. See pic. Dirty LVT still better than dirty carpet. All else “appeared” clean. Staff 4/3/25 evening check in very nice. Older hotel but parts refreshed. Pillows awful. Bed like a well done burger in “squish.” TV is outdated with limited DISH. Cold a/c Lots of lights red and blue tv, alarm clock, hall lights, and permanent night light in bathroom. Throw a towel over them. NO flashing green fire alarm working light though. BONUS! Rates were too high for the level here. Lots of Miami workers in all cheap Homestead hotels should not drive up prices for the quality. This is on par for ALL homestead hotels so far but highest priced at the time. I come for business.   Nice staff- short cutting some room amenities

  Staff is very nice. The King rooms at this hotel are very small. However, very clean. Breakfast is basic, but good. A couple of issues will keep us from staying at a Hampton in in the future- no safes. You have to use a safe deposit box behind the front desk, and it is too small for larger computers. It is a total hassle putting your electronics and other valuables at the front desk and still could not lock all of them up. The second thing is that hey do not have luggage stands,holders in rooms. This forces you to put your suitcase on the desk, which means you can’t use the desk. There are better places for this high price point.
