    Stayed here 1 night before our cruise on NCL. Shuttle service from the airport was very good as the Miami airport is very confusing. We were first told to come out and look for the orange van on the curb, but since we exited at Door 4, all we saw was taxis. So we called the front desk again and was told to wait across the third island by the hotel shuttle area. Checked in and the room was okay, seemed awfully dark and could have used a floor lamp. Very confusing on how to use the TV as there were two remotes and nothing seemed to work. Called down to the front desk and was told to aim the remote towards the microwave. In any event it worked. The breakfast the next morning was mediocre at best and talk about crowds with lots of families with rude children all over the place!! The bacon hardly tasted like bacon. Have had much better breakfast at other hotels and other Hampton Inns. Upon checking out never was asked how our stay was and barely a thank you for staying, so with all that being said, if we find a need to stay near Miami airport again would definitely choose a different hotel. Upon checking out, the woman in front of us was trying to check in early after flying on a all night flight, and they wanted to charge her over a 100.00 to check in at 9am. What a rip!!! This was for a room that was ready and available. No customer service!!

    After a long trip from Mexico we arrived very tired to the hotel, but Michael at the front desk made everything easier. Our english is very basic but he was super patient and helped us a lot.He also has a great sence of humor, which made us feel welcome right away. Really apreciate his kindness. Thank you Michael!

    Shout out to Michael for going above and beyond in customer service! I arrived almost at midnight, exhausted from traveling, and he welcomed me with such warmth and enthusiasm. When I mentioned it was my first time in Miami, he offered to write a list of his favorite local recommendations. There was a line behind me, so he handed me my key and attended to the next guest — but the next morning I found his list had been slipped under my door overnight. Excellent suggestions too. That’s the kind of thoughtfulness that makes all the difference!
