Booked very last minute and was pricey, but worth it in the end.Nice big room, very clean - however there’s a permanent damp towel smell because the windows don’t open, however putting on the AC removed it.They don’t do housekeeping everyday but you can request a clean or new towels etc at reception. The TV has Netflix, Disney etc… and the WiFi was very good, you have to just refresh the log in every now and again.Breakfast was fantastic, something for everyone and plenty of it.The pool area is nice, not many sun beds but luckily we always got one, could sit and watch the iguanas there all day.5 minutes walk to Target, 15-20 to Dadeland Mall. 10 minutes to Dadeland North station. Plenty of parking at the hotel.Overall very good, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend.

The parking lot was full but I got the last spot way in the back. It felt sketchy and dark. Robert checked me in efficiently and I went to my room that looked like it was stuck in the 80’s. The bedding was dirty and worn and the room smelled like toxic chemicals to mask the worn out carpet and flooring. The bathroom was like a pig with lipstick, just poorly maintained. Only here for one night. I’m stuck on an old bumpy bed. Welcome to Miami this is very much less than 2 stars. Hampton Inn Hilton should be ashamed.

We have stayed here several times from 1 night to 8 nights. The staff has been good. The hotel is fairly clean. The carpet is a little old and appears a little dirty. Rooms have been clean and adequate. Breakfast is very good, but they have seemed to have problems keeping it stocked at times. One room we stayed in was o n the second floor just above the side door. The side door slams bady and we spent half the night having the door wake us. Otherwise a good place to stay. We will continue to stay here when in the area. The Best Hotel

My stay was great. I have stayed many times prior to my cruises and every time Tiffany makes me feel like family and knows you by name which is always a plus. The rooms are clean and hot tub. Convenient and quiet; great value for the cost

The hotel was very convenient to the U of Miami and had a really good rate. The hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet. No restaurant but a free breakfast that was basic but satisfying. Free parking was a bonus too. The room was a decent size. We plan to stay here again.
