Location

This famous high-rise hotel lies at the heart of Miami in Downtown's performing arts district. It is within 500 m of an array of restaurants, bars and links to the transport network. The hotel is minutes from South Beach, American Airlines Arena, Coconut Grove and Metro Mover. There is a complimentary light rail service to several restaurants and Downtown shopping areas, including Bayside Marketplace. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the most amazing world-class beaches and only 5 minutes from the Port of Miami, known as the cruise capital of the world.

Facility

The hotel has 527 rooms, which are located on 21 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Rooms

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. There is a poolside snack bar as well. Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.
