    I was very disappointed with my stay.First, the room I reserved more than two months in advance, specifically with a balcony, was not available upon arrival. This was especially frustrating because I had called the hotel two days before check-in to confirm the balcony. I was traveling for surgery and wanted access to fresh air during my recovery, so this feature was important to me.Second, this was by far the dirtiest Hilton property room I have ever stayed in. When we arrived, there was an earring on the carpet, suggesting the room had not been properly vacuumed. There was visible dust throughout the room, along with stains and an overall lack of cleanliness. Fortunately, I had brought disinfecting wipes and cleaned the room myself before my procedure.Given that this hotel is located next to a hospital and likely hosts many patients and families dealing with medical procedures, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. Basic housekeeping measures such as vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and ensuring rooms are properly cleaned should be the minimum standard.Unfortunately, this experience was so disappointing that if I ever need to return to the area for another procedure, I would rather stay 20–30 minutes farther away than stay here again.     Great location if you need to be near the hospital. I walked to hospital several times. The hotel property is clean. The customer service is amazing 👏 front desk staff were wonderful every morning and night.The breakfast was good. The restuarant servers were friendly.     We were extremely disappointed in our experience at this hotel. It’s doesn’t feel like a Hilton Hotel. Our room had dirty carpet, fridge had a foul odor,, the handicapped bars were loose, crooked, non-working lamps. It felt old with the paint, caulking, etc. We were moved to a suite, which was slightly better. Still had non working lights. Still felt old, but roomier. The elevators were difficult to operate. Keys are needed and you literally can get stuck without being able to go the direction you want. The restaurant was awful. Since you have a choice of one restaurant and a Starbucks, you are very limited in choices to eat. We had a raw hamburger in the middle, rubbery chicken, hard Brussel sprouts and undone French fries. Need to incorporate staff that speak better English. Had difficulty communicating. We also had small bugs flying around our food. The salmon was good and their flatbreads weren’t bad. Otherwise, this was a very disappointing restaurant. You really are stuck in the confines of this hotel. It’s in the middle of the medical facilities with nothing else around. We did appreciate the transportation from hotel to the hospital and back. Enjoyed the drivers. Very expensive with the resort fees. Not worth the high price tag.
